Back in 1952, Vijay Bhatt, a renowned filmmaker, introduced the movie Baiju Bawra, featuring Bharat Bhushan and Meena Kumari in the lead roles. Baiju Bawra, which can be translated as ‘crazzy bijiu’, narrates the tale of a singer named Baiju who dedicates his entire life to avenge a personal motive by defeating the legendary singer Tansen in a musical contest.
