Aryan Khan, Shah Rukh Khan’s son, recently received a clean chit from the Narcotics Control Bureau in the infamous drugs on cruise case after spending over three weeks in jail. While there was a lot of uproar in this high-profile case, Shah Rukh Khan and his entire family remained deafeningly quiet over his son’s detention. Sanjay Singh, NCB deputy director, told a news outlet that the superstar met him when Aryan was in detention.
He recalled his conversation with SRK and revealed that SRK got teary-eyed and told him, ‘We have been painted as some kind of big criminals or monsters who are out to destroy society and we find going to work tough every day.’
The officer also reported that Aryan Khan had spoken to him about being treated as an international drug trafficker and had questioned the charges brought against him, despite the fact that no drugs had been discovered on him.
