Shah Rukh Khan, the king of Bollywood, delighted his fans in Dubai with his energetic dance moves and charming personality during the promotions of his upcoming film Dunki. The superstar took the stage at the Global Village, a popular entertainment destination, on Sunday, December 17, and interacted with fans, he also danced to O Maahi, latest song from Dunki. He also visited Sky 2.0 club later where he grooved to his hit songs Chaiyya Chaiyya and Lutt Putt Gaya, the first song from Dunki.
The crowd went wild as SRK showed off his signature style and charisma, and interacted with them in his witty and humorous manner. He also thanked them for their love and support, and urged them to watch Dunki, which is releasing on December 21, 2023. Dunki is a comedy-drama directed by Rajkumar Hirani, and also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Boman Irani, and Vikram Kochhar. The film revolves around the theme of illegal immigration, and is expected to be a blockbuster at the box office.

Wearing a chic combination of a blue shirt, gray pants, and a leather jacket, SRK showed off his signature cool with sunglasses, enchanting the audience. The crowning moment of the event was Shah Rukh’s spirited performance of the evergreen song Chaiyya Chaiyya from his 1998 movie Dil Se. He nailed all the iconic dance steps, creating a dazzling atmosphere that resonated with the loudest cheers from the thrilled crowd.
He also danced to Lutt Putt Gaya, first song from Dunki, mesmerising audiences.

Shah Rukh Khan promotes Dunki at Global Village Dubai
The event, which took place a week before Dunki’stheatrical release on December 21, 2023, saw Shah Rukh Khan personally interacting with the fans, answering their questions, and revealing some interesting facts about the film. He also danced to some of his popular songs, including O Mahi and Lutt Putt Gaya from Dunki, and gave a witty reply to everyone who tried to imitate his talking style.
This is not the first time that SRK has visited the Global Village for his film promotions. He had previously promoted his film Zero there in 2018. SRK has a huge fan following in Dubai and the UAE, and often visits the city for various events and projects. He also owns a luxurious villa on the Palm Jumeirah island.

Dunki is SRK’s third film this year, after Jawan and Pathan, which were both successful in India and overseas. The film has already generated a lot of buzz and excitement among the fans, and has recorded impressive pre-sales figures in Australia, the UAE, and the UK. Dunki will face a tough competition from Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, an action thriller directed by Prashanth Neel, which is also releasing on the same day.
