According to reports, Salman has already begun filming for his appearance in Pathaan, but Shah Rukh Khan’s Tiger 3 work has been postponed due to a wig issue.

An ETimes report quoted a source saying, “It will take about two months before SRK joins Salman Khan on the sets of Tiger 3. Shah Rukh is presently shooting for Dunki with an all-new look and will then shoot for Atlee’s film, and only after that will he join Salman for his special appearance in Tiger 3.”

According to the source, SRK was meant to start filming Tiger 3 in June, but the timeline has been pushed back. Tiger 3 is directed by Maneesh Sharma and stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi in the key roles. The film will be released in theaters during Eid next year.

Pathaan, which also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham, will be released on January 25, 2022. After a four-year hiatus, Shah Rukh Khan will return to the starring role in Siddharth Anand’s film.

In the meantime, SRK has Dunki and Atlee’s next films lined up, in addition to Pathaan. Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani and starring Taapsee Pannu, will hit theaters in December 2023.
