Bollywood’s talented duo Shahid Kapoor and Ranveer Singh are set to star in upcoming movies that are expected to be huge hits.
Shahid Kapoor Gears Up for Farzi 2
After a huge run of success in its first season, Farzi 2 will see the return of Shahid Kapoor as the crafty counterfeiter Sunny in Farzi 2. The series helmed by Raj & DK has received rave reviews for its gripping storyline and excellent performances by actors Aseem Ali and Meena Shah. The sequel will be filming in December following the completion of Raj & DK’s projects such as Citadel India and The Family Man 3.
The actor Raashii Khanna, who played a key role in the first season of the show, confirmed the development and said the team was awaiting the final script in order to start shooting.
Shahid Kapoor said the latter was excited about the sequel, which he considered inadvertently open-ended in the first season as the right setting for the entire series to progress.
Ranveer Singh Concludes Dhurandhar Filming
Ranveer Singh will finish shooting his new film Dhurandhar by July. The film directed by Shankar, which is touted as a high-octane action thriller featuring Ranveer in a dual role, has been receiving attention for its gruelling scale and is expected to be a major addition to the star’s filmography.
With both actors working on different genres and more challenging roles, we can expect the above in some exciting movies in the coming months.
