Salman Khan is back in Mumbai and wasting no time getting into action. After finishing a busy filming schedule in Hyderabad for his upcoming movie Sikandar, he has now started shooting an exciting train fight sequence. Directed by AR Murugadoss, this scene is expected to be one of the most thrilling moments in the film.
The Mumbai leg of the shoot began on Monday, right after the Hyderabad schedule wrapped up earlier this month.
Salman Khan Shoots Action-Packed Train Sequence In Mumbai
According to Mid Day, the team kicked off with the train fight sequence, which has been carefully planned for months. The set, constructed at a studio in Borivali, features a detailed replica of a train to bring this ambitious scene to life.
Sources say the sequence is full of intense action, with Salman’s character taking on a group of villains in a violent confrontation. Director AR Murugadoss, known for his action hits like Ghajini and Holiday, wanted this scene to be raw and impactful. He worked closely with the action choreographers to ensure it delivers on every level.
Salman began shooting the scene on Wednesday night in front of a small crew of about 30 people. The team had filmed crowd scenes earlier on Tuesday with around 350 extras.
The production team is following tight security measures and quickly moving to different locations after each shoot. The Mumbai schedule will continue at various spots across the city until the end of January.
Makers Recently Filmed 2 Festive Dance Numbers
While the film is heavy on action, Sikandar also features moments of joy. Salman and his co-star Rashmika Mandanna recently filmed two dance numbers set against the colourful backdrops of Eid and Holi. These festive tracks aim to add a celebratory vibe, making the movie a complete entertainer for its audience.
