Singham Again, the third installment of the popular Singham franchise, is all set to create history at the box office with its star-studded cast and action-packed climax. The film, directed by Rohit Shetty, features Ajay Devgn as the iconic cop Bajirao Singham, who will be joined by Akshay Kumar as Sooryavanshi, Ranveer Singh as Simmba, and Deepika Padukone as their female counterpart. The film also marks the debut of Arjun Kapoor as the main villain, who will face off against the cop quartet in a thrilling showdown.
The film, which is slated for a Diwali 2024 release, had gone on floors for its first schedule at Yash Raj Studios in Mumbai and second schedule had taken off in Hyderabad. Now, we hear that Akshay Kumar has reached Hyderabad to join Ajay Devgn, Ranveee Singh and Kareena Kapoor on the sets. The team will shoot in various locations across India and abroad over a period of six months.
Epic climax of Singham 3 being shot in Hyderabad
As per a report in Koimoi, the most anticipated part of the film is the epic climax which will be shot in Hyderabad at a staggering scale. According to sources, the climax of Singham Again costs a whopping Rs 25 crores to shoot and features all the five stars including Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Akshay Kumar, Tiger Shroff and Arjun Kapoor.

An actor from the film shares the details of the climactic sequence: “Rohit Shetty is known to shoot his action scenes as a spectacle. But this time he has outdone himself. Nothing like this has been seen in any of his films. Each star Ajay, Tiger, Ranveer, Arjun are an organic part of the climax. It’s being shot like a separate entity from the main event. You can detach the climax from the plot and watch it as an independent film.”
The climax is said to be a spectacle like never before and has been written by a team of six writers, who have worked on the script for 18 months. Each star has an organic part in the climax and it can be watched as an independent film. The action is dangerous but all precautions are being taken to ensure the safety of the stars. The film also has Kareena Kapoor Khan reprising her role as Singham’s wife who has just joined the shoot.

Akshay Kumar reaches Hyderabad to join Singham 3 shoot
Akshay Kumar wasn’t present during the first schedule as he was travelling at the time. Last weekend, Kareena Kapoor Khan kicked off the shoot for the film. And now Akshay Kumar is all set to start shooting his parts today.
According to a report in Pinkvilla, “Akshay Kumar has already reached Hyderabad to shoot for Rohit Shetty’s Singham Again. He will start shooting for his week-long schedule from 9th October. Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Ranveer Singh are already shooting for the much-awaited film at Hyderabad’s Ramoji Film City. The entire team is leaving no stone unturned to make this cop universe bigger. Fans are definitely in for a visual treat.”
First schedule of Singham 3 was filmed in Mumbai
The first schedule of the movie was filmed in Mumbai. The shoot was commenced with a Mahurat shot at YRF Studios which was attended by Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh and Rohit Shetty –
Word around the editing table hinted that Devgn may have injured his leg during the initial filming phase of Singham 3 in Mumbai. However, it appears that this information was either inaccurate or the injury in question was exceptionally minor.
Deepika Padukone Set To Join Rohit Shetty’s Cop Universe
‘Singham Again’ is expected to feature all three cops again, along with ‘Lady Singham.’
Despite the success of the Cop Universe, it was criticized for its lack of female leads, post which Rohit Shetty announced that Deepika Padukone will play ‘Lady Singham’ in ‘Singham Again’. This will make Deepika the first female cop in his cop universe that comprises Singham, Sooryavanshi and Simmba franchises.
“We are making Singham next. Everyone kept asking me who is the lady cop in my universe. So today, let me confirm that Deepika Padukone will be the lady Singham, the lady cop in Singham 3.” Rohit Shetty was quoted as saying by the media outlet.

Singham Again is expected to be the biggest film of Rohit Shetty’s career and also the biggest cop film of India. The film will bring together the cop universe that Shetty started with Singham in 2011 and expanded with Singham Returns in 2014 and Simmba in 2018. The film will also have cameo appearances by other actors from Shetty’s previous films. Singham Again promises to be a treat for the fans of action and comedy and will celebrate the spirit of Indian police force.
