Bollywood’s Baadshah Shah Rukh Khan has always charmed audiences with his magnetic screen presence and versatile acting. Recently, the Dunki star gave a rare glimpse into his daily life, showing that his charm extends far beyond the silver screen.
Shah Rukh Khan On His Demanding Routine & Fitness Regimen
In a candid chat with The Guardian, Khan shared details about his demanding schedule. The actor revealed that he typically goes to bed at 5 am and wakes up around 9 or 10 am. His days are packed, and he often returns home from work around 2 am.
Despite the late hours, Khan makes sure to fit in a workout session before hitting the sack. He said, “I go to sleep at five in the morning. When Mark Wahlberg gets up, I go off to sleep. And then I wake up about nine or 10 if I’m shooting. But then I will come home at 2 am, take a bath and then work out before I go to sleep.”
SRK’s commitment to fitness and self-discipline is evident. He disclosed that he usually eats just one meal a day, which he emphasised is not linked to intermittent fasting. The Jawan star spends about 30 minutes at the gym daily, maintaining his peak physical condition.
Reflecting on his pandemic experience, Khan advised his fans to explore new skills, like Italian cooking, and stay active. He took his own advice seriously, using the time to enhance his physique and health.
SRK’s Work Front
On the work front, Khan is set to star in King, directed by Sujoy Ghosh and creatively produced by Siddharth Anand, who also directed Pathaan. The film promises high-octane action and intense drama, featuring Khan in the role of a powerful mentor navigating a challenging journey.
Khan is thrilled about King & has been eager to dive into such a project for seven to eight years. He will share the screen with his daughter Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan.
