Thama: Ayushmann Khurrana Drops BTS Glimpse Of ‘Graveyard Shift’ As He Shoots For His Vampire Film Starring Rashmika Mandanna – See Pic

Ayushmann Khurrana is building the hype for his upcoming horror-comedy Thama with Rashmika Mandanna. The film is part of Maddock’s Horror-Comedy Universe and is already one of the most anticipated releases of 2025. 

We already saw multiple BTS glimpses dropped by Rashmika from set amid their late night shoots. Now, Ayushmann has teased fans with another behind-the-scenes picture from the set, raising excitement even further.

Ayushmann Khurrana Shares Photo From Thama Shoot

On March 31, Ayushmann shared a sneak peek from Thama on his Instagram Stories. The photo showed crew members working tirelessly in the early hours of the morning. He wrote, “#Thama Graveyard shift” and gave a glimpse into the film’s spooky and thrilling vibe.

Director Aditya Sarpotdar, known for Munjya, is bringing Ayushmann and Rashmika together for the first time. The film also features Paresh Rawal and Nawazuddin Siddiqui in key roles. 

Producers Dinesh Vijan and Amar Kaushik have promised a unique storyline. In the official announcement, they teased, “Dinesh Vijan’s Horror Comedy Universe needed a love story… unfortunately, it’s a bloody one. Brace yourselves for Thama—Diwali 2025!”

Thama revolves around vampires, making it a fresh addition to Maddock’s supernatural world. According to reports, Varun Dhawan will have a special cameo as Bhediya and will have an epic clash with Ayushmann’s vampire character.

Makers Built A Massive Set To Shoot Bhediya Vs Vampire Sequence

Sources reveal that the team has built a massive five-acre set in Mumbai, recreating multiple city locations. The film will feature a high-intensity battle sequence between Bhediya and the vampire, introducing the first werewolf-vampire conflict in Maddock’s expanding universe.

Thama is set for a grand Diwali 2025 release. It joins Maddock’s growing supernatural slate, which includes Shakti Shalini, Bhediya 2, Chamunda, Stree 3, Maha Munjya, Pehla Mahayudh, and Doosara Mahayudh.

Meanwhile, Rashmika Mandanna has been busy promoting Sikandar with Salman Khan, which is currently running in cinemas.
