After a long wait, one of the most popular Indian web series Mirzapur 2 is finally released. And as expected the meme factory on the social media started rolling.

While the session is getting loved by the audience a veteran Hindi writer, Surender Mohan Pathak is unhappy with the makers for violating the Copyright Act.

In a particular scene of episode 3 of Mirzapur session 2 Kulbhushan Kharbanda’s character can be seen reading Surender Mohan Pathak’s novel Dhabba while in the voiceover an erotic scene is described. According to the writer, there is no relation of the voiceover to the content of the book and hence he sent a notice to Excel Entertainment asking them to remove the said scene.

Mohan Pathak is now waiting for the response. He also hinted that, if the makers failed to remove the scene he’ll be filing a case in Delhi High Court for the same. The writer was unaware of the scene until his fans started writing to him and his daughter showed him the scene.

Mirzapur 2 starred Ali Fazal, Divyenndu Sharma, Rasika Duggal, Pankaj Tripathi, Shweta Tripathi, and Harshita Gaur among the others.
