On Thursday, actor Vidyut Jammwal began filming the sequel to his 2020 action movie Khuda Haafiz. The sequel is produced by Panorama Studios and directed by Faruk Kabir, is titled “Khuda Haafiz Chapter II Agni Pariksha.”
The film will have its maiden showing in the city, followed by another showing in Lucknow. A muhurat ritual was held to begin off the shoot.

Khuda Haafiz, which premiered on Disney+Hotstar last year, had Jammwal as a man racing against time to save his kidnapped wife Nargis, played by Shivaleeka Oberoi, from flesh traders. The sequel depicts a intense love story between Jammwal and Oberoi, according to the producers, and attempts to push the drama and action to new heights.
