The excitement for Stree 2, the highly anticipated horror-comedy sequel, is reaching fever pitch as its release date of August 15 draws near. Fans have been eagerly awaiting new updates, and the latest buzz is all about the film’s upcoming song, “Aayi Nai”.
Stree 2 Second Song Teaser OUT
The makers have just dropped a teaser for “Aayi Nai”, which has already stirred up a lot of excitement. Maddock Films & the lead actress Shraddha Kapoor shared the teaser on their social media with a playful caption: “Qasam khaa kar bhi woh toh #AayiNai, but aap ready raho? 👻 SONG OUT TODAY!” This has only increased anticipation for the full release.
In the short teaser video, Shraddha Kapoor makes a stylish entrance, showcasing a glamorous look. Rajkumar Rao, visibly excited, tries to rush towards her. However, he is stopped in his tracks by the women who surround him, preventing him from reaching her.

First Song ‘Aaj Ki Raat’ Was Dropped Recently
The song went viral in no time and started trending at #1 on YouTube. The choreography by Ganesh Acharya seamlessly blends contemporary and traditional styles. Tamannaah Bhatia shines in “Aaj Ki Raat.” Her sexy and energetic dance moves have left audiences spellbound.
The song’s music, composed by the talented duo Sachin-Jigar, is a delightful fusion of Indian folk rhythms and modern electronic sounds. The infectious beats make it impossible not to groove along.
Amitabh Bhattacharya’s lyrics add an edgy flair to the song. Interestingly, Stree 2 director Amar Kaushik was also seen making a quick cameo in the video, adding a fun element for fans.
“Aaj Ki Raat” dropped on YouTube on July 25, 2024, as a prelude to the film’s release.
Now, the second track, “Aayi Nayi” will showcase the magic of shraddha Kapoor’s dance & killer expressions with explosive beats that are capable of getting you grooving.
About Stree 2
Directed by Amar Kaushik, Stree 2 is the fifth film in the Maddock Supernatural Universe. It also includes Roohi (2021), Bhediya (2022), and Munjya (2024). The universe is known for its interconnected storylines and recurring characters.
The original Stree ended on a cliffhanger, with Shraddha Kapoor’s character holding a ponytail linked to the evil spirit. The expanded universe features cameos from characters in previous films, with speculation that Akshay Kumar and Tamannaah Bhatia may also make special appearances in this sequel.
