The long-awaited 14th edition of the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM) is set to make a grand comeback. From August 11th to 20th, 2023, the festival will enthrall viewers with a memorable opening night that sets the tone for an extraordinary cinematic journey. With great anticipation, the IFFM proudly announces the screening of R Balki‘s highly anticipated film, Ghoomer, as the prestigious festival opener.

Featuring a star-studded cast including Abhishek Bachchan, Saiyami Kher, Angad Bedi, and Shabana Azmi, Ghoomer unfolds a tale of triumph. The film revolves around a disabled athlete, portrayed by Saiyami Kher, who overcomes challenges to emerge as a skilled cricketer under the mentorship of her coach, played by Abhishek Bachchan.
