Yash’s KGF Chapter 2 is a sequel to 2018 film, KGF Chapter 1 which had emerged as a huge blockbuster. The film directed by Prashant Neel. The film also stars Sanjay Dutt as Adheera and features Srinidhi Shetty, Raveena Tandon, Balakrishna, Anant Nag, Malavika Avinash, Saran Shakthi and Achyuth Kumar in prominent roles.

Apparently, it is the most expensive Kannada film with a budget of Rs.100 crore and it will be a pan India film with dubbing in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi languages.
The film was supposed to release on July 16 this year but it was postponed several times due to the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. Now as per the latest announcement by the makers, KGF 2 will release in worldwide theaters on APRIL 14, 2022.
