Kamal Haasan has joined forces with the Master director Lokesh Kanagaraj for Vikram, and the shooting of the film is expected to begin soon, as soon as the second wave of pandemic gets over.
The reports of Vijay Sethupathi in talks to play the antagonist in Kamal Haasan’s Vikram, have been doing rounds for quite sometime. Now, the latest buzz is that Vijay Sethupathi has signaled a go-ahead for the film and he will be playing the main antagonist in the film, against Kamal Hassan who will be playing the cop. The actor will soon start shooting for the film.

Fahadh Faasil has also been roped in to play a key role in Vikram. The latest is that Malayalam actor Antony Varghese is also in talks for an important role in the film. It is rumoured that Antony pulled out of the project due to date issues, but the same is yet to be confirmed.
We have learnt that the film, Vikram is a thriller set in a restaurant. The film is about a witness who is on the way to the court, taken under custody by a cop. But all of a sudden, henchmen start attacking their vehicle and they go and get themselves locked in a restaurant.
Written and directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, this action thriller is being planned to be wrapped up in a single schedule. Produced by Raj Kamal Films International, Sathyan Sooryan will crank the camera for the film and Anirudh Ravichander will compose the music.
