Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor are back in the much-anticipated sequel, Stree 2. Film released on 15th August after paid previews on Wednesday and created havoc at box office. Film broke spree of records in week one, two, three, four, five followed by similar momentum in 6th week.
Stree 2 Scores Massive 10 Crore In 7th Week
Stree 2 continues to score at box office. Film jumped on 2nd October holiday and collected 2.10 crore. After 6.04 crore over 7th weekend, now film is set to cross 10 crore net in 7th week which is simply outstanding.
Film has total of 619.66 crore net and it has inaugurated 600 crore club, first for any Indian film on single language. Film will add more in coming days and will cross 625 crore net lifetime.
Stree 2 Crossed Solid 20 Crore 6th Week
Stree 2 took advantage of national cinema day and collected 5.20 crore net on 6th Friday. Film added 3.80 crore net on 6th Saturday and 5.32 crore on 6th Sunday with decent growth. Film added 1.50 crore on 6th Monday, 1.35 crore on 6th Tuesday, 1.30 crore on 6th Wednesday and 1.25 crore on 6th Thursday. Film collected 14.32 crore net in 6th weekend and crossed 19.72 crore net in 6th week.
Stree 2 Scored All Time Record 5th Week Of 25 Crore Plus
Stree 2 collected 3.60 crore net on 5th Friday with added push from buy one ticket and get one ticket offer. Film jumped by 54% on 5th Saturday and collected 5.55 crore net. Film added 6.85 crore net on 5th Sunday. Film added 3.17 crore on 5th Monday, 2.65 crore on 5th Tuesday and 2.10 crore on 5th Wednesday and 1.80 crore on 5th Thursday.
Film crossed 16 crore net over 5th weekend and it is certain to score highest 5th week ever of 25.72 crore.
Stree 2 Crosses HUGE 560 Crore After 4th Week
Stree 2 held well on 4th Friday and collected 4.84 crore net. As expected film jumped big on 4th Saturday by 81% and collected 8.77 crore net. Film jumped again on 4th Sunday and collected 11.40 crore net. Film added 3.60 crore on 4th Monday, 3.20 crore on 4th Tuesday, 3.04 crore on 4th Wednesday and 2.90 crore on 4th Thursday. Film crossed 25 crore net over 4th weekend and crossed huge 37.75 crore net in 4th week.
Stree 2 has total of 564.18 crore net after 4 weeks. This is extraordinary run and now film is certain to cross 590-600 crore net lifetime as film still has free run at box office with no big release in sight.
Stree 2 Breaks 7 Year Old Highest 3rd Week Record Of Baahubali 2
Stree 2 started its journey to glorious 500 crore total on 3rd Friday. Film held well and collected 9.25 crore net on 3rd Friday and it jumped big 88% on 3rd Saturday with 17.40 crore net number. Film collected 22.10 crore nett on 3rd Sunday. It crossed 48.75 crore net in 3rd weekend thus beating highest 3rd weekend record of Baahubali 2 (42.55 crore net).
Stree 2 witnessed normal drop on 3rd Monday and collected 7.05 crore net followed by 5.65 crore net on 3rd Tuesday, 5.68 crore net on 3rd Wednesday and 5.70 crore net on 3rd Thursday. Film has crossed all time highest 3rd week total of Baahubali 2 Hindi (69.75 crore net) with 72.83 crore net 3rd week total.
Stree 2 Surpassed 2nd Week Total Of Baahubali, Gadar 2 And Jawan
Bonafide blockbuster Stree 2 held well on 2nd Friday and collected 19.30 crore net. As expected, film jumped big by 70% on 2nd Saturday and collected 33.80 crore net. Film again jumped on 2nd Sunday and collected 40.75 crore net. Film has total of 401.65 crore net.
Film collected 93.85 crore net in 2nd weekend and this is highest ever 2nd weekend for Hindi films by surpassing the second weekend total of all biggies.
Film took advantage of Janmasthami festival and collected 20.20 crore net. Film witnessed first drop on day 13 and collected 12.25 crore net. Film added 10.40 crore net on 2nd Wednesday and 9.10 crore net on 2nd Thursday.
Film crossed 145.80 crore net in 2nd week which is fantastic result. Film surpassed 2nd week total of Baahubali Hindi, Gadar, Jawan and Animal.
Stree 2 Scored At Box Office In Week One With Massive 307 Crore net
Stree 2 showed some ominous signs during advance booking itself as it crossed almost 3.92 lacs tickets in national chains for day one. This is among top 10 of all time in terms of advance booking. Film crossed 8.50 crore nett in paid previews which is highest ever.
Film took a massive start on day one and has crossed 55.40 crore nett all India on day one. Film crossed 64.80 crore nett on day one including paid previews. This was one of the highest opening days ever behind Jawan.
Film was expected to hold solid on day two and that is what happened. Film dropped by slim 36% and managed to collect 35.30 crore nett all India. Film had total of 100 crore nett in two days. Stree 2 again grew on day three and crossed 45.70 crore nett. Film jumped big on day 4 and scored biggest day of its run with 58.20 crore net. Film collected 204 crore net in 4 day extended weekend including paid previews.
Stree 2 took advantage of Raksha Bandhan holiday and collected 38.40 crore net on Monday day 5. Film added 26.80 crore net on day 6 Tuesday, first working day for the film. Film continued hold and added 20.40 crore net on day 7 and 18.20 crore net on day 8. This is solid trending and film will continue to reap advantage of open run in coming days.
Film has total of 307.80 crore nett in eight days extended week one. Film crossed Hindi total of 294 crore net of Kalki 2898 Ad and thus became highest Hindi grosser of 2024. This is massive achievement for a film of this size.
