Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan has praised his co-star Vicky Kaushal for his acting skills in the upcoming comedy film Dunki, directed by Rajkumar Hirani. Ahead of the film’s release, Shah Rukh is actively promoting it in Dubai, and a video from the event has surfaced, showcasing the actor showering praises on his co-star Vicky Kaushal.
Shah Rukh lauds Vicky Kaushal
“Vicky Kaushal is a great friend. I personally feel he is one of the finest actors I have worked with. And jab aap Dunki mein Vicky Kaushal ko dekheinge toh aapko bohat pyaar aaega unpar. He has done well and I got a lot to learn from him,” says King Khan about his co-star.
About Director Rajkumar Hirani, King Khan said, “The best director in the country, we all respect him and love him and we need to give the love back because we give so much to cinemas.”
Vicky Kaushal is all praises about Dunki
Vicky Kaushal in a recent press conference spoke about the film, Dunki. Vicky said, “As Shah Rukh sir says go with girlfriend and parents to watch the film. Raju sir is a film maker who is celebrated and his films are always special. It’s a lovely film, I won’t say much, I’ll let the film do talking. “
Recently Vicky Kaushal had also revealed that Shah Rukh Khan apologised to Vicky for not being able to give him the cues in a crucial scene, as he had to rush to Delhi for some urgent work. He said that he insisted on reshooting the scene, but Vicky convinced him that it was not necessary, as the director was happy with the shot.
Dunki is a comedy drama film that also stars Taapsee Pannu and Boman Irani in pivotal roles. The film is slated to release on December 21, 2023.

Wearing a chic combination of a blue shirt, gray pants, and a leather jacket, SRK showed off his signature cool with sunglasses, enchanting the audience. The crowning moment of the event was Shah Rukh’s spirited performance of the evergreen song Chaiyya Chaiyya from his 1998 movie Dil Se. He nailed all the iconic dance steps, creating a dazzling atmosphere that resonated with the loudest cheers from the thrilled crowd.
He also danced to Lutt Putt Gaya, first song from Dunki, mesmerising audiences.
Dunki is SRK’s third film this year, after Jawan and Pathan, which were both successful in India and overseas. The film has already generated a lot of buzz and excitement among the fans, and has recorded impressive pre-sales figures in Australia, the UAE, and the UK. Dunki will face a tough competition from Prabhas’ Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, an action thriller directed by Prashanth Neel, which is also releasing on the same day.
