This Friday (January 17), the first edition of Cinema Lovers Day 2025 brings a chance for film fans to grab Rs. 99 tickets across theatres. The offer boosts both new and old films, increasing footfall and revenue.
Emergency & Azaad At Just Rs 99 On Release Day
New Hindi releases Emergency and Azaad will benefit the most. Emergency, starring Kangana Ranaut as Indira Gandhi, is set to grab attention with its bold subject and star power. Directed by Kangana, the film also features Milind Soman, Anupam Kher, and Mahima Chaudhry. Azaad introduces fresh faces with Ajay Devgn’s nephew, Aaman Devgan, and Raveena Tandon’s daughter, Rasha Thadani. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor, the film also stars Ajay Devgn.
Holdover Releases & Reruns To Also Benefit From This Offer
Pushpa 2 fans get an extra treat with an extended cut to release on January 17. It will be offering 20 extra minutes of footage at a discounted rate. Viewers are eager to see how it is different from the original one. Allu Arjun recently shared a glimpse of the additional scene to raise the excitement.
Re-released movies like Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Kaho Naa Pyaar Hai, priced around Rs. 150, will also benefit from the offer, giving fans a chance to enjoy them at a cheaper price.
Other films joining the offer include Fateh, Game Changer, Mufasa: The Lion King, and Nosferatu.
Hollywood fans won’t miss out either. Wolf Man, a horror flick, and A Real Pain, an Oscar hopeful, will also be available for Rs. 99.
Lastly, Satya fans can revisit Manoj Bajpayee’s classic with a re-release on January 17.
