Recently director Shekhar Kapur praised Kangana Ranaut for her immense transformation from a “wreck to a diva” in Fashion and called her a genius actor.
Taking to his Twitter handle the filmmaker explained her efforts towards the path of success.
His Tweet read, “Fashion, the film. A Young girl nervous, emotionally wrecked Drugged. Her name being announced on stage. She was after all, a top model. It was one shot. Kangana transformed herself from a wreck to a Diva as she walked on the ramp. It was genius acting. Unforgettable @KanganaTeam”.
Kangana who is known for her outspoken nature and has been making headlines. After the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Her interview with a news channel has become talk of the town where she spoke about nepotism in the industry and also called out names who are favouring it despite being outsiders.
Shekhar was planning to star Sushant in the film Paani under Yash Raj Films. However, as per the reports the film didn’t go on the floor due to differences between the actor and the production house.
Earlier Shekhar tweeted that his film, Paani would be made some day with partners having humility; will be dedicated to the talented actor.
