John Abraham recently reacted to the viral Pathaan memes featuring him and Shah Rukh Khan and his response is winning hearts. Fans had turned a tension-filled scene between their characters (Jim and Pathaan) into an internet sensation by adding romantic songs in the background, making it seem like a love story.
John Abraham Shares His Reaction To The Viral Meme
Speaking with News18, John shared that he found the memes hilarious, especially one that featured Emraan Hashmi‘s iconic “Bheege Honth Tere” track.
He said, “There’s also this other scene where we come really close to each other and they played Bheege Honth Tere in the background. I saw it and it looked like the most romantic film ever (laughs).”
He also expressed his admiration for Shah Rukh and added, “On a serious note, it was a pleasure working with Shah Rukh. Each day was a delight on the sets. I wish more of such big commercial films happen because we need those as well.”
John has always been vocal about his experience working on Pathaan. During the film’s success party, he even joked that his best on-screen kiss wasn’t with a woman but with Shah Rukh himself. This came after SRK planted a sweet peck on his cheek, leaving fans in awe of their off-screen camaraderie.
