Superstar Shah Rukh Khan is known for his charm, humility, and strong connections in the film industry. Recently, singer Mika Singh shared an interesting story about his first meeting with the Bollywood superstar.
He revealed that he once gifted SRK a diamond ring worth Rs 50 lakh, but the superstar’s response was something truly unexpected.
Mika Singh Reveals Shah Rukh Khan Refused To Accept His Gift
In an interview with Pinkvilla, Mika recalled his first meeting with Shah Rukh. The “Mauja Hi Mauja” singer praised SRK and called him “one of the best actors and best gentlemen.”
To express his admiration, he gifted the actor an expensive diamond ring. Mika said, “Ye maine Bachchan saab (Amitabh Bachchan) ko bhi di hai pyaar se, Gurdas Maan ko di hai aur sabse pehle Shah Rukh Khan ko di hai. Mujhey tha ki zindagi me maine in 3 logon ke liye kuch karna hai.”
SRK graciously accepted the gift, but what he did next showed why he is loved by so many.
The next morning, Shah Rukh called Mika and asked him to take the ring back as it was “too expensive.” Mika was deeply moved by this gesture that reflected SRK’s humility despite his stardom.
Mika also made another interesting revelation. SRK once kept his car for three months after taking it home from a film set.
Singer Talks About A Special Night At Hrithik Roshan’s Birthday Party
Mika also recalled a memorable night at Hrithik Roshan’s birthday party. The celebration lasted till early morning, and SRK insisted they all leave together in the same car.
SRK was the one driving Mika’s car. The group included Gauri Khan, Hrithik Roshan, and Ranveer Singh, who had to sit in the trunk due to lack of space. Mika said that since the day SRK touched his car, he has preserved it with extra care.
