‘Negative Rumours!’ Ranbir Kapoor-Sai Pallavi’s Ramayana Shoot Has NOT Been Halted, Close Source Says THIS On Fake News

Ramayana shoot has not been halted even after copyright violation case on Nitesh Tiwari. Ranbir Kapoor and others are reportedly shooting.

Ramayana, an eagerly awaited project from producer Namit Malhotra and director Nitesh Tiwari, finds itself amidst troubling rumours surrounding a legal issue. Initial reports suggested that copyright infringement had caused a setback to this ambitious retelling of the epic tale, leading to a temporary halt in the shoot. However, recent developments indicate otherwise.

Ramayana Shoot Continues Uninterrupted, Claims Insider

An actor from the film, speaking anonymously to Bollywood Hungama, dismissed the rumours. “Who says the shooting was halted? The shooting was not halted for even a day. In fact, we are shooting as I speak to you. Ranbir Kapoor and Sai Pallavi and all of us are participating in the shooting right now. Who spreads these negative rumours, and why? What do they get out of it? Here we are trying to make something that would bring us global glory. Instead of encouraging us, there are negative stories about the Ramayana every day,” the actor stated.

Adding to the confusion is the producers’ silence on the matter. Despite the swirling rumours, there have been no official statements from the producers, namely Yash and Namit Malhotra, regarding the status of the project.

“I’ve no clue why they are so quiet about the project. They should give some clarity on the project by now. Their silence is fuelling damaging rumours,” expressed the actor associated with Ramayana.

The absence of clear communication from the production team has only intensified the situation, allowing speculation to flourish unchecked.

Recent Reports Of Ramayana Shoot Halt

Earlier, Bollywood Hungama reported that Nitesh Tiwari’s mythological film faced a temporary halt after encountering a copyright infringement challenge. “The shooting continued for a few days after the notice but has been on hold since last week. The matter has to be resolved legally, and filming will only resume when a consensus on the matter is reached,” reveals a source linked to the project. The film, featuring Kapoor as Lord Ram alongside Sunny Deol, Yash, and Sai Pallavi, remains in a state of uncertainty.
