Pushpa 2 Set For Early Release On Dec 4 With Night Shows At 9:30 PM In AP & Telangana – Ticket Prices Will Shock You!

Allu Arjun starrer Pushpa 2: The Rule is set to hit theatres worldwide on December 5. Directed by Sukumar, this sequel to the 2021 blockbuster is already creating a massive buzz among fans.

According to the latest updates, the makers have planned special paid premieres on December 4.

Pushpa 2 To Release Early With Night Premiere On Dec 4

Selected single screens in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana will showcase the movie from 9:30 PM onwards, subject to government approval. Midnight screenings may also follow, adding to the frenzy.

Ticket prices for the premieres and subsequent screenings have been revealed, and they are noticeably higher than recent big-ticket releases.

We have learnt that premiere tickets (FDFS 9:30 PM) are priced at Rs 1121 and Rs 1239 in Telangana, with rates gradually decreasing over the following weeks. The first four days will cost Rs 354 and Rs 531, while later dates will see prices drop to Rs 200 and Rs 354. Despite the steep pricing, the overwhelming anticipation suggests these shows will sell out fast.

The Hindi version of Pushpa 2: The Rule might also have a special premiere on December 4. However, an official confirmation is still awaited.

Advance Booking Trend So Far

Early trends suggest that Pushpa 2: The Rule is set for a massive opening, especially in mass-dominated centres like single screens and multiplexes.

The Allu Arjun starrer has already broken records by selling 1,300 tickets in just two and a half hours at MovieMax, surpassing previous records for the chain. It is also the fastest film to sell 1,000 tickets there, overtaking Animal

With expectations of selling over 20,000 tickets, the film is on track to challenge the all-time MovieMax record held by Stree 2 with 21,780 tickets.

The Sukumar-directed actioner is also generating strong momentum in non-national chains such as Rajhans, MovieTime, and Miraj, aiming to secure a top-three spot or even break records in these chains. Meanwhile, bookings in national multiplexes like PVR Inox and Cinepolis have started, and the numbers are steadily climbing.

This indicates a potential Rs 50 crore-plus opening, with advance bookings aiming for over 5 lakh tickets in major multiplex chains. This would place Pushpa 2 alongside blockbusters like Baahubali 2 (6.50 lakh tickets), Pathaan (5.56 lakh tickets), and Jawan (5.57 lakh tickets).

In Gujarat’s Rajhans chain, the film is targeting the top spot, competing with KGF 2 (32,386 tickets) and Gadar 2 (29,974 tickets). Given its genre and high pricing in North India, Pushpa 2 has the potential to shatter opening-day records if footfalls slightly surpass those of Stree 2, which opened with Rs 52 crore in the North.

About Pushpa 2: The Rule

The film promises a high-octane narrative as it brings back Rashmika Mandanna and Fahadh Faasil in pivotal roles alongside Allu Arjun. Produced under the Mythri Movie Makers and Sukumar Writings banners, the film also boasts music by Devi Sri Prasad, whose tracks for the first instalment were chart-topping hits.
