Salman Khan and director AR Murugadoss are pulling out all the stops for their first collaboration, Sikandar. Known for their expertise in action-packed cinema, the duo is creating a film designed to be a visual spectacle.
With the shoot kicking off in June, the next schedule, starting on August 26 at Chitrakoot Grounds, will focus on three major action sequences that promise to be the film’s highlights.
The upcoming sequences are set to showcase high-intensity stunts that Murugadoss believes will be the heart of the film.
Salman Khan To Shoot 3 Major Actor Scenes In Sikandar Next Schedule
A source revealed to Mid-day that the first scene is an aerial action set piece featuring Salman suspended from a great height while engaging in hand-to-hand combat. The choreography of this scene will blend aerial acrobatics with close-quarters combat, and special effects will enhance its visual impact. This scene is expected to be one of the most breathtaking moments in the movie.
The second scene will be an elaborate car chase, complete with high-speed crashes and cars exploding in true action-movie style. The third and final scene is a climactic battle where Salman’s character faces off against the main antagonist in a raw and brutal brawl. Murugadoss aims for this fight to be intense, bloody, and realistic.
Once this schedule wraps up, the team will move to SRPF Ground in Goregaon for the next phase of shooting.
10,000 Pistols Ordered For A Massive Action Sequence
This leg will also include a major action sequence scheduled to begin on 22 August. The production team has reportedly ordered nearly 10,000 pistols and bullets for this high-octane sequence, which is part of a 40-day shoot designed to deliver edge-of-your-seat thrills.
Sikandar, set for an Eid 2025 release, also stars Rashmika Mandanna and Sathyaraj. Salman Khan will portray a kind-hearted businessman with a troubled past, a character similar to his Dabangg persona. This dual nature will be a significant part of the film’s storyline, adding depth to his character.

In a recent report from Dainik Bhaskar, it was revealed that Salman’s character, while generous and kind, carries a tough and complex history. This background will be a crucial element in the film, shaping the character’s actions and decisions.
During the first schedule, Khan shot a dramatic fight scene on a private chartered plane, where his character takes on the villain’s son. Sathyaraj, best known for his role in Baahubali, will bring his formidable screen presence to the role of the antagonist, further heightening the film’s intensity.
Salman Khan’s commitment to Sikandar is evident, as he has prioritised this project above all others, even stepping back from hosting duties for Bigg Boss OTT 3.
