Kartik Aaryan has been in news this year for getting ousted from three back to back projects – Karan Johar’s production Dostana 2 over creative differences and unprofessional behavior, Shah Rukh Khan’s production Goodbye Freddy again over creative differences and now, a potential project to be produced by Aanand L Rai.

There have been few reports stating that the actor opted out of Freddy and that that he was never confirmed for ALR project, but the truth remains, that the Bhool Bhulaiya 2 actor is losing out on multiple big projects. He’s losing grip on his new-found stardom.

As soon as these news hit the media, Twitter started getting flooded with the comparisons between the situations of late Sushant Singh Rajput and Kartik Aryan. For those who don’t know, Dhoni actor SSR passed away last year and there was a lot of debate around the film industry ganging up against him and ousting him from the inner circle.
