Housefull 4’ faced lot of criticism from critics but as we stated that this genre is ‘critic proof’, film managed to hold its own on Diwali holiday. After fantastic week one, film is sey for long run at box office. Post festive period means collections are back to normal and jumps over weekend are below than norms these days.
Film collected 19.08 cr, 18.81 cr and 15.33 cr nett over the weekend which was expected trend considering pre Diwali period. Film went in overdrive from Monday as it took full advantage of Diwali.
The movie was massive on Monday with 34.56 cr nett. It ran riot across tcountry. Film added another huge Tuesday to its kitty with 24.20 cr nett number due to festivities. Film collected 18.10 cr nett on Wednesday followed by 13.30 cr nett on Thursday. In north India and Gujarat film completely went into overdrive where generally comedies do perform well.
Housefull 4 had 1st week total of 143.38 cr nett. The movie dominated 2nd Friday too despite of handful of new releases and collected 8 cr nett. Film jumped on 2nd Saturday and collected 10.50 cr nett. Film grew marginally on Sunday collected 13 cr nett.
This means film has crossed 31 cr nett in 2nd weekend. Film collected 5.50 cr nett on 2nd Monday which is string trend. Film has 11 day total of 180.38 cr nett. In overseas too film has netted decent numbers with 5.05 million $ (38.57 cr) total after 2nd Weekend.
