Filmmaker Bhushan Kumar is not just a producer BUT a driving force behind some of Bollywood’s most ambitious films. He has a packed slate for 2025 and 202 which ensures that every project under the T-Series banner runs smoothly.
He is known for his hands-on approach & is frequently present on sets, working closely with directors and actors to keep productions on track.
Bhushan Kumar Takes Charge Of Film Productions
Unlike many producers who take a backseat after greenlighting projects, Kumar prefers to stay involved. His presence on set helps streamline the filmmaking process, offering both creative input and logistical support.
This approach also builds a strong connection between the cast and crew, fostering a collaborative environment.
What’s Upcoming For T-Series?
Among the major films in production is Border 2, a war drama directed by Anurag Singh. The film, featuring Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan, is currently being shot in Jhansi.
Another much-awaited sequel, De De Pyaar De 2, recently kicked off filming in Patiala, bringing back Ajay Devgn and Rakul Preet Singh, with R. Madhavan joining the cast.
In Mumbai, Kumar was spotted overseeing the shoot of Anurag Basu’s untitled love story, starring Kartik Aaryan and Sreeleela. Meanwhile, in Delhi, Aanand L Rai is directing Tere Ishq Mein, a romantic drama set in the heartland of India.
Apart from these ongoing productions, T-Series has two massive projects in the pipeline. Dhamaal 4, the sequel to the hit comedy franchise, is in the works, promising another round of laughs. Meanwhile, Spirit, starring Prabhas and directed by Sandeep Reddy Vanga, has already created a buzz as one of the most awaited films of the coming years.
