Janhvi Kapoor is all set to make her Telugu debut in the much-anticipated film Devara Part 1, co-starring Jr NTR. Since the announcement, it has sparked a lot of excitement among fans. To keep the momentum going, the filmmakers are set to release a romantic track featuring Janhvi and Jr NTR.
Titled “Daavudi,” the song’s poster has just been unveiled, and the full track is scheduled for release on September 4.
Devara Makers Tease 3rd Single ‘Daavudi’ With A New Poster
With only a few weeks left before the film’s grand release, the makers are amping up the anticipation. The newly released poster for the third single, “Daavudi,” hints at a dance anthem that’s bound to set screens ablaze.
The poster shows Jr NTR exuding confidence in a black shimmery shirt and pants, while Janhvi stuns in a white skirt paired with a blingy top, making it clear that this song will be a visual spectacle.
Makers shared a poster on social media and it gives fans a glimpse of what to expect. The filmmakers posted, “It’s going to be a sure shot whistle-worthy madness in every beat. #Daavudi on Sept 4th #Devara #DevaraOnSep27th.”
Janhvi Kapoor also shared the poster on her Instagram. She and Jr NTR can be seen smiling at each other & showing off their chemistry. Her caption reads, “Are you guys ready? #Daavudi. Video Song out on September 4th. An @anirudhofficial Musical. #Devara #DevaraOnSep27th.”
With music by Anirudh Ravichander, fans are eagerly waiting to see how this track enhances the film’s high-energy atmosphere.
Anirudh had earlier revealed the title of this third single on his social media, instantly generating buzz among fans. Two other singles have already been released & each of them highlights different aspects of Jr NTR’s character. “Daavudi” is expected to showcase his dance moves and add a fresh vibe to the film’s soundtrack.
What Jr NTR Said About The Film
Earlier this year, Jr NTR shared his thoughts on the film during the success event for Tillu Square. He confidently stated, “I don’t know if this is a bit too much, but I’ll say it anyway. I’m wearing a shirt today and this shirt has a collar.” After a brief pause, he added, “Even if Devara is delayed by a few days, I guarantee you that Devara will be a film that will make all of you raise your collars in pride. We are working hard and will continue to work hard to deliver the best for our audience.”
Directed by Koratala Siva, Devara Part 1 is a magnum opus that will unfold in two parts. Produced by Yuvasudha Arts and NTR Arts, and presented by Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, the film is set for release on September 27, 2024. It will be available in multiple languages, including Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada.
