On Saif Ali Khan‘s birthday, the makers of Devara Part 1 unveiled a sneak peek of his character, Bhaira, stirring excitement among fans. Saif, who will portray the lead antagonist in this highly anticipated Jr NTR-starrer, looks menacing and intense in the latest glimpse.
The film, which also stars Janhvi Kapoor as the female lead, is scheduled for release on September 27, 2024. Interestingly, this marks both Saif and Janhvi’s debut in Tollywood, adding another layer of anticipation for fans.
Saif Ali Khan As Bhaira Is Filled With Rage In Devara Latest Glimpse
Filmmaker Karan Johar, responsible for the film’s theatrical distribution in the Northern region, took to Instagram on Friday to share a picture of Saif, hinting that the actor’s look would soon be revealed. Shortly after, NTR Arts released a short video clip showcasing Saif’s character in action.
The video gives a glimpse into Bhaira’s fierce and unforgiving persona. In the clip, Bhaira is seen dominating a wrestling match, brutally defeating his opponent, with the ground stained in blood. The intensity of Saif’s performance is evident, as the video also shows him celebrating and dancing with his clan, embodying the character’s ruthless nature.
Sharing the same clip, Devara makers wrote, ” His hunt will be legendary 🔥 Presenting @saifalikhanpataudiworld as #Bhaira from the world of #Devara.”

Bobby Deol In Jr NTR-Saif Ali Khan Starrer
Well, the film was originally set for an Eid 2024 release but was postponed due to delays in VFX work. The release date was then shifted to October 10, 2024, but, it was later postponed to September 27, 2024.
Adding to the buzz, recent reports suggest that Bobby Deol will make a cameo as new villain at the end of Devara: Part 1 and will have a significant role in the sequel, alongside Saif.
Earlier, Devara was expected to face some competition at the box office from Alia Bhatt’s production Jigra, scheduled for release on the same day. The film, produced in collaboration with Dharma Productions was then postponed to October. It features Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina, who will be portraying siblings in this new drama.
