Halloween brings an exciting film festival at PVR INOX with iconic horror films re-releasing from Oct 23 to Oct 31, 2024.

PVR INOX Limited is launching its Halloween Film Festival, inviting fans of horror and cinema to enjoy a week of spooky fun. From October 23 to October 31, 2024, audiences can watch re-releases of classic horror films in theatres.

Stree, Munjya, The Conjuring & Other Horror Films To Return On Big Screens

The festival will feature a great mix of horror favourites and newer hits, making sure there’s something for everyone. You can expect to see the popular Conjuring series, including The Conjuring, The Conjuring 2, and The Conjuring 3. These films follow the scary investigations of paranormal experts Ed and Lorraine Warren.

The lineup also includes IT Chapter One and IT Chapter Two, which are based on Stephen King’s famous book. There’s also Don’t Breathe, a tense thriller about a home invasion that goes horribly wrong. These English-language films are sure to give audiences plenty of frights.

For Bollywood lovers, the festival has something special too. Stree, a horror-comedy about a ghost that haunts a village, will be shown. Munjya, which features supernatural elements, is also part of the lineup. Plus, Bhediya, another horror-comedy, tells the story of a man who turns into a werewolf. This variety guarantees an exciting experience for horror fans.

Visitors can enjoy this exciting lineup in over 70 cinemas across 30 cities. This festival is a fantastic chance to hang out with friends and enjoy horror together. With various films available, audiences can explore different types of horror, from funny scares to intense thrillers.

Gautam Dutta, CEO of Revenue and Operations at PVR INOX, expressed his enthusiasm for the festival. “Halloween is a time when we let our imaginations run wild, and we wanted to reflect that in our festival,” he shared. He emphasised that watching horror films in theatres offers a unique thrill. 

“The collective gasps, the heightened tension, and the immersive sound and visuals make every scare more thrilling. At PVR INOX, we’re excited to bring this electrifying atmosphere to life this Halloween,” he added.
