Here’s the latest update for Sky Force

GV Prakash REPLACES MM Keeravani As Sky Force Music Composer

Bollywood Hungama has reported that GV Prakash Kumar has been brought on board as the film’s composer. Known for his National Award-winning work, Prakash Kumar has already begun composing the soundtrack and background score for the movie.

A source close to the production stated, “GV Prakash Kumar signed on to the film recently and has promised to deliver his work on time to ensure Sky Force hits its intended release date.”

Initially, the film’s music was set to be scored by MM Keeravani, the Oscar-winning composer behind RRR (2022). However, due to differences of opinion between Keeravani and producer Dinesh Vijan, the collaboration was called off. Despite this, both parties have expressed a desire to work together on future projects.

“It was Oscar-winning composer MM Keeravani of RRR (2022) fame who was the original choice for the makers. However, he and producer Dinesh Vijan had differences of opinion. Hence, they cordially decided to not work on Skyforce. But they promised to join hands in future for an appropriate film,” the source added.

GV Prakash Also Composed The Music Of Akshay’s Sarfira

G V Prakash Kumar’s addition to the team comes after a successful collaboration on Sarfira. Akshay Kumar enjoyed working with Prakash Kumar and appreciated his alignment with the film’s vision.

“Akshay and G V Prakash Kumar had a great working relationship on Sarfira. They were both excited about continuing their partnership on Sky Force,” the source explained.

Director Sandeep Kewlani recently shared on Instagram that the shoot for Sky Force has been completed, tagging various cast and crew members, including GV Prakash Kumar.

The film also stars Sara Ali Khan, Veer Pahariya, and Nimrat Kaur. It is produced by Dinesh Vijan of Maddock Films and Jyoti Deshpande of Jio Studios, with Sandeep Kewlani and Abhishek Kapur co-directing.
